Prayer Ministry
The Bible teaches “first of all, prayer….” Click here to to submit a prayer request to the WV Network of Prayer (wvnop.org). Visit the World Network of Prayer (wnop.org) for prayer resources. Prayer thought for your day: Pray that “Satan (accuser) not prevail over us” now or ever… that the church advance the Lord’s earthly kingdom and be ready at His coming to enter into His eternal heavenly kingdom (see Rev. 12:9-12).
Student Ministry (Youth)
Our Student Ministry combines fun times and serious teaching to instill that the ultimate goal of every believer is to “seek first” the almighty God and His Kingdom. A proper relationship with the Lord is foremost, and from that relationship flows the strength and wisdom to form and maintain all other relationships. Join us and find your place of destiny in the Kingdom that shall never end.
Childrens Ministry
Our Childrens Ministry is always looking for new ways to excite and challenge the kids. We understand the importance of properly equipping our children with godly principles in a difficult age. The children always look forward to the next activity we have planned for them. We have many years of experience in bringing smiles to their faces!
Sunday School
Larry Mullins
Sunday School is a place of excitement and wonder — a place where young and old alike can come and learn about the Lord in a loving and friendly environment. Here at the Summit Church, our Sunday School Superintendent, Bro. Larry, and all the teachers desire to create an experience that you will want to come back for.
Ladies Ministry
Donyia Mullins
Sis. Donyia, our Ladies Ministries leader, is a wonderful example of a Christian lady. She inspires the ladies in our church to live holy lives, and she teaches the true meaning of faithfulness by the life she lives before them. Sis. Donyia is a firsthand witness of God’s miraculous healing and prayer-answering power in her own life. In the time she has led the ladies at Summit Church, these ministries have funded many church projects. The ladies also enjoy wonderful times of fellowship in several special activities each year.
Men’s Ministry
Hamm Gresham
Our Men’s Ministry, led by Bro. Hamm Gresham, tackles the big challenges of fulfilling Galatians 6:2. Whether we’re helping someone side their house, or fixing what’s broken, or constructing something needful to the cause of Christ, or generally blessing humanity, we’re on it.
